Flush Fire Doors - More Options

Flush doors are our most popular range of doorsets used in a wide variety of projects from residential through to commercial and education.

Our door sets are CNC manufactured to exceptional accuracy and made to both standard and bespoke sizes to fit the intended aperture. Our doorsets come pre-machined with frames and hardware which greatly reduces installation time on site, saving you time and money.

We use a variety of techniques to take a flush style door and bring it to life. Whether thats a unique design or as a cost effective approach to replicating a traditional style door.

We can custom manufacture fire doors up to 3m tall or up to 1200mm wide. For specialist locations we are experienced manufacturers of FD90 and FD120 doors.

All of our doors can supplied as standard fire doors or upgraded to include smoke control. We can also supply them as an unfinished firedoor right through to a fully finished doorset with all hardware fitted and final finishes applied

Bold Surface Designs

Just because you are working with a flush door, it doesn’t mean it has to be boring! We have a range of ways to bring a flush door to life

Surface designs can be developed by cutting and stitching veneers to achieve everything from a traditional stile and rail look, through to a completely custom design. Your imagination is the only limit.

In some certification levels we can enhance this look by running small V grooves along the veneer joints or simply into the veneer itself. CNC machinery means complex designs are not a problem.

Where more of an effect of depth is desired we can bring other options to the table. Machined grooves can be added, lined in timber to make a flush door look like a solid door. Surface mounted mouldings give another option adding further depth to the door design.
